My First Post
This blog is intended to chronicle my days as a Cheney Reservoir Camphost on the West Shore in the North Loop Campground of Cheney Reservoir, Kansas. I am starting my first season as a full time camphost at Cheney Reservoir for the Kansas Department of wildlife, Parks & Tourism. I hope I can make this blog intersting, we'll see.

So how is it going? Are you enjoying it? What is the campsite like? I was looking online and saw a site that we may like for Memorial weekend. We've got a couple kids and a couple lake dogs. Not very familiar with this site though. Any info?
ReplyDeleteWell we haven't started yet. We've been all approved and could have been at the lake since the first weekend in April but other commitments have kept us away. Plus we have a two week vacation to California planned starting May 5th. We should return around May 19 and plan to be at the lake the next day. Let me know what camp spot you are thinking about and I'll give you my opinion.
